PRIVACY
STATEMENT
Zillions
Development respects your privacy. We will never sell our mailing
lists or email lists. We will never divulge your personal information
unless required to do so by a court order.
CHARGING
POLICY
If you
pay by charge card, your account is charged at the time the order
is shipped.
IMPORT
DUTIES
The purchaser
is responsible for any import duties that may apply to foreign orders.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
POLICY
If an
item is received in a damaged condition, please contact customer
service at the email address below. We are here to help. Please
also report damaged items to the carrier at the time of delivery.
Zillions
Development seeks to make all customers happy, and so will accept
software returned in its original unopened condition for
a full refund. Any software that does not perform as described
will also be gladly accepted for exchange or refund in its original
packing material. Opened software which does not fit into the above
category cannot be returned without a suitable explanation.
To claim
your refund, send back all software insured and postpaid to Zillions
Development at the address included on the invoice, or to:

with a letter explaining the problem. Be sure to include your return
